We are proud to announce that Nomitri has been acquired by GK Software, a leading provider of commerce solutions for global retailers. Nomitri will continue to exist as a wholly owned subsidiary of GK Software SE. All employees, including both founders Trinh Le-Fiedler and Max Fiedler, will collaborate with the GK team to bring state-of-the-art embedded AI vision technology to retailers around the world. The acquisition is an important step for Nomitri to expand its reach to global retailers around the world and positions GK as a major player in retail computer vision, elevating GK’s SCO capabilities.

Nomitri’s visual AI solutions for SCO and beyond will continue to be available to retailers – regardless of their current POS software solution.
